Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes We process and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of purchase. Currently, we proudly serve the United Kingdom. All UK orders are shipped via a premium tracked service. Standard delivery takes 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Order Tracking Once your order has left our facility, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your parcel’s journey directly to your door.

Customs and Import Duties We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for our UK customers. This means the final price you pay at checkout is the total price. There will be no hidden fees, unexpected customs charges, or import duties upon delivery.
