Refund policy

Returns & 30-Day Home Trial At Vespr, we stand behind the engineering and aesthetic quality of our architectural lighting. We offer a 30-Day Home Trial. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of damage or wear, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (magnetic mount, screws, charging cable, and remote).

Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact our support team at support@lumepage.co.uk. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a free replacement to be dispatched immediately.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
